A key priority in our human resources management are the basic and further training programmes, as well as measures to promote motivation in all our employees. Altogether, Verkehrsbüro Group invests about EUR 1 million per year in employee qualifications.
We work with in-house trainers and external cooperation partners in order to obtain the maximum benefit for our employees.

- Around 250 courses, seminars and workshops per year
- Seminar series on work&life management, work & family, as well as parenting courses
- Specific professional and personality development courses focusing, for example, on management, leadership, communication, business administration, law, IT and language courses.
