Your training – an overview
- practical training at a hotel: you serve the hotel and restaurant guests. Your responsibilities include advising on choice of menu and beverages, the organization of banquets and receptions, professional services (flambéeing, filleting, carving, etc) and billing
- your apprenticeship is a three-year period which includes training at vocational school
- vocational training at the Vocational Academy for the Catering and Hotel Industry
- training courses and seminars at Austria Trend Academy for Apprentices
