Your training – an overview
- practical training at a hotel: during your training, you gain insight into all the departments of your apprenticeship training establishment besides attending to guests and advising them at the reception; you also work in administration and organization, housekeeping, kitchen and room service
- your apprenticeship is a three-year period which includes training at vocational school
- vocational training at the Vocational Academy for the Catering and Hotel Industry
- training courses and seminars at Austria Trend Academy for Apprentices
Once you have completed your training, you can specialize in a department. With commitment and motivation, you can advance to front office, housekeeping or banquet manager. Your commitment pays off: assistants of hotel directors and even hotel directors have started with us as apprentices.
